We strongly encourage you to use #techops-help instead of DMs. It keeps everything in one place, ensures the whole team can pitch in, and gets your issue handled quicker (especially if someone's out sick or on holiday). If it's sensitive or confidential, post in the channel first, and we'll take it to DMs if needed.
Got a Bigger Project?
The earlier you flag it, the better. We're juggling a ton of requests, so giving us a heads-up helps us meet deadlines. For larger projects, consider setting up a Google Meet with us and any relevant stakeholders. That way, we can knock it out in one go rather than bouncing messages back and forth on Slack. ๐
